Photo Release

Version 1.0 · effective September 28, 2026

During classes and camps, Ieva sometimes takes photos to show the handwork children make. This release explains what is photographed and how the photos are used.

What is photographed

• Finished projects and work in progress.
• Children's hands while they work.

Children's faces are not photographed, and children's names or other identifying details are never published with a photo.

Where photos may appear

Photos may be used on the Everthread website, on Everthread social media accounts, and in printed materials such as flyers.

Your choices

• There is no payment for the use of photos.
• You can withdraw this permission at any time by sending a message through the contact form. From then on, photos of your child's hands and work will not be used in new materials, and they will be removed from the website and social media accounts where possible. Printed materials that have already been handed out cannot be recalled.

Electronic acceptance

By ticking the photo release box on the registration form, I confirm that I am the child's parent or legal guardian and that I agree to this photo release. My tick, my name and the date of submission are recorded as my electronic signature.

You can close this tab to return to the registration form. Anything you typed there is still in place.
