Drop-off & pick-up
Classes are taught from a home studio. Camps use a drop-off window rather than an exact arrival time, for example drop-off 9:00–9:30 and pick-up 2:45–3:00. Parents are welcome to stay, though most children are dropped off. If you come in or stay, please park in the driveway.
What to bring
Project materials are prepared by the instructor. Children bring their own lunch and snacks; a small snack is also provided.
Safety
Safety is talked through with the children before tools are used. Age and maturity decide whether a child is ready for certain tools; general handwork is about 6+ or 7+, the sewing machine about 9+. Adults supervise and guide work with needles, scissors, pins, sewing machines and other tools. Written safety policy: TBD — contact for details
Food
A small snack is provided. Children bring their own lunch and snacks. Please tell us about any allergies when you register. Longer camps include snack time and lunch, along with stories and games. Nut and water-bottle policies: TBD — contact for details
